Progress:
All Levels Yoga

Will is ready and willing to start an All Levels Yoga class at the Baha'i Center.
We just need 5 people to show genuine interest. This does not mean that you must commit to showing up every week, but Will has taught yoga long enough to know that if those who want a yoga class cannot make it at least once per month, the class is not only not going to be sustainable, but also those who come are not going to see much in terms results. 

The ideal time for Will is 6:30pm on Wednesdays or Thursdays.


(Note! If the times suggested above do not work for you at all, members of the Baha'i community are reminded that yoga classes are free for them at Cincinnati Yoga School!  CYS holds classes mornings, some afternoons, and evenings 7 days a week.)
